BarnColor is designed as a cost-effective and easy-to-implement solution capable of handling up to 32 x 3G-SDI signals (16 forward and 16 return). Each BarnColor device can process a maximum of 8 signals (4 forward and 4 return) and can be daisy-chained with up to 4 different colors. This flexible system simplifies installation, upgrades, and usage, allowing combinations with any model of different colors.
BarnColor devices can be installed in color pairs or used as satellites with the BarnOne system. When building a pure BarnColor system, you can start with a matching pair of any color and expand the system later as your needs grow. As long as the colors are different, you can combine BarnColors of different models or use multiple instances of the same model within the same system. When linking BarnColor devices, the use of single-mode fiber is recommended.
