AQORD *LINK is the professionals’ choice for high quality Broadcast applications
like: Content Contribution (Point-to-Point), typically Live Event to Studio, Studio
to Studio, Studio to Transmitter or delivery to a Content Distribution Network
(CDN), IPTV distribution, typically Hopitality and ISP video distribution to end user
Set Top Box.
Designed for SD/HD live streaming the AQORD *LINK Hardware Encoder/Decoder/
Transcoder can simultaneously encode or decode or transcode two video channels
(IP stream, file, SDI).
Flexibility
One box, several functions: Encoder, Decoder, Transcoder broadcast-quality video
at data rates from 0.5 to 20Mb/s from/to IP stream or internal Hard Drive to/from
SDI connexion. Stream and record video content using MPEG-TS encapsulation.
2 Gigabit Ethernet RTP-UDP/IP ports transmit/receive streams in either Unicast or
Multicast enabling flexibility for the Broadcaster, Telco’s and Contribution Operators
alike.
Intuitive System Interface/Appliance Management
Complete system management is easily undertaken through either the local HMI
front panel or remotely from any web enabled PC or XML API. Start/Stop or manage
up to 100 Profiles remotely through the web interface or monitor hardware status
such as chassis cooling temperatures, fan speeds and alarms.
Compact Footprint
The 1U/19’’ rack mounting unit provides up to two Encoding/Decoding/Transcoding
channels in a compact footprint with 750 GB of internal HDD storage capacity.
The AQORD *LINK 99.99% operational reliability design concept ensures highly
dependable performance. Low power consumption technology ensures a high
level of security and reliability.
